Basically, it is a 2" black belt with another belt coming down going through the holster and coming back up to attach to a belt slide for height adjustment (picture right).  A smaller 1" belt is attached to the bottom of the holster to keep it from rising when drawing the gun. 

 

I made this because the holster in a normal position had the back of the bolt of the gun hit my ribs when I walked (really uncomfortable).
